[1] The standard and method of satisfying the requirement stipulated in Article 27 (a) (i) of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (""UCPDC""), in a case where the bank issuing the letter of credit (hereinafter ""L/C"") accepts an airway bill presented to it for payment [2] Whether it shall be deemed that an airway bill that satisfies the conditions of Article 27 (a) (i) of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits concerning air transport documents has properly been presented to the L/C issuing bank when it is hard for the L/C issuing bank to judge if the airway bill has been signed and issued by the transporter or by the agent of such transporter (negative) [3] Whether any request to return temporary payment that has been made due to a temporary execution order shall be permitted by an appeal trial on principle (negative in principle)
