[1] Whether it is possible to assist an infringement of copyright by negligence (affirmative), the meaning of ""negligence"" and, in a case of assisting infringement of copyright by negligence, whether the assistor must be specifically conscious of the date or place of the actual act of copyright infringement, the object copied, or the identity of the actual copier (negative)
