[1] The legislative purport of Article 760 (2) of the Civil Code and which party bears the burden of proving the causal relation between each act and the occurrence of loss (=each actor) [2] The case holding that in case where the deceased victim died due to a triple collision accident by motor vehicle, etc., and it is not clear which one of them caused the death, each person involved in the collision shall allege and prove the non-existence of causal relation between his/her act and the occurrence of the above injury actively in order that he/she is exempt from liability under Article 760 (2) of the Civil Code
