The case holding that the Gun and its Forest Association are liable for damages, in case where the Gun Forest Association implemented air pest control by the entrustment of the Gun at the time when chestnut trees started blossom and as a result, honey bees raised by bee farmers of that area died en masse and bee farmers suffered losses, on the ground that only local newspapers and TV were used for notice prior to 4 to 6 days before the pest control implementation and there was negligence that the notice as to air pest control implementation was not given through house visit, etc., as planned from the outset, and because of such negligence, honey bees raised by bee farmers who did not know it died en masse
