[1] In a case where church members withdraw from the church in a group, whether ""separation of a church"" should be recognized in the way that a church association which is not a juristic person is divided into two and the properties of the church before the separation result in belonging to collective ownership of each member of the separated associations (negative) and in case where church members lose their memberships by withdrawing from the church, the ownership of the properties of the pre-existing church (=collective ownership of the remaining members of the pre-existing church)
[2] The requirement of resolution of a church for the wthdrawal from or change of religious order (consent of 2/3 or more of all the church members who have voting rights) where a church leaves a religious order or changes into a different religious order after satisfying the resolution requirement, the ownership of the properties of the pre-existing church (=collective ownership of the withdrawing members of the pre-existing church)
