[2] Where a vice principal twice directed female teachers to serve alcohol to the school principal at an elementary school dinner party attended by school faculty, such speech and behavior do not constitute sexual harassment since in light of the circumstances and the speaker's intent it does not objectively or commonly constitute sexual speech and behavior causing the female teachers to feel a sense of sexual mortification and repugnance.
