The case holding that it shall be deemed righteous that a court in the Republic of Korea exercises jurisdiction over the claims where the plaintiff is a man who has a legal domicile in the state of Missouri with the nationality of the United States of America and married to the defendant who is a woman with the nationality of the Republic of Korea in Korea, and thereafter, the defendant has obtained the citizenship of the USA; the plaintiff and the defendant have been living in the Republic of Korea without setting the period of residence; then, the plaintiff requested a divorce to the defendant and brought a law suit in the purport that the plaintiff shall be designated as the person in parental authority and the supporter for the principals of this case
