[1] Exceptional cases where storage media itself can be allowed to be carried off-site when executing a warrant of search and seizure for digital information, and the requirements for execution of such a warrant to acquire legality [2] In a case where investigative authorities executed a warrant of search and seizure upon the headquarters of The Korean Teachers Workers' Union and carried storage media containing huge amounts of digital information back to their offices and copied digital information within this to another storage media, regarding which the above Union, etc., filed a quasi-appeal, the Court affirmed the court below's ruling to dismiss this quasi-appeal, on the grounds that the execution of the above warrant cannot be seen as unlawful
