▣ The Council of Supreme Court Justices resolved to enact the Administrative Proceedings on August 24, 2023.
<Main contents>
○ Enhance predictability for the public
- Propose in detail the subject of a litigant in person
- The termination date of suspension of execution shall be set within 30 days of judgment rendered for the case on merit.
- Contents of the answer shall be clarified and must be submitted within 30 days of the date of service
○ Enhance the public’s access to justice
- Give the victim, not the parties, the opportunity to make their statement of opinion
○ Rationalize orders and rules
- Notify the competent authority for orders and rules about the related pending cases and notify the court decision if the court recognizes the unconstitutionality and illegality of orders and rules.
○ Stipulation of a useful system for trials in practice
- Establish the grounds for systems in operation in practice, such as recommendation for mediation, adding and modifying reasons for disposition
-Set the rule for perusal and examine the information in private according to the Official Information Disclosure Act. |
