On November 26, 2025, Chief Justice JO Hee-de received a visit from President Petr Angyalossy of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic.

During their meeting, they discussed measures to enhance bilateral judicial cooperation and improve the international judicial network. 

They also explored concrete ways to initiate collaboration between the two judiciaries.

President Angyalossy also visited the Supreme Court IT Center, the Judicial Research and Training Institute, 

and the Seoul Eastern District Court to witness firsthand the advanced court administration and operations of the Korean judiciary.

The official visit of President Angyalossy of the Czech Republic was a meaningful occasion to promote Korea's advanced judicial system and to further the cooperative relationship between the Supreme Court of Korea and the Czech Republic.
