[1] Whether, in a case where a wife gives birth to a child conceived through artificial insemination by a sperm donor, a third person, aside from her husband during the marriage, the child delivered by the wife may be presumed to be the child of the wife¡¯s husband (affirmative) Whether a husband who agreed to artificial insemination may reverse his agreement and bring an action to deny that he is the natural father of the child (negative) and whether, in a case where it is acknowledged that a husband has accepted and declared the parent-child relationship with an artificially inseminated child, this ought to be treated equally as the case where there is the husband¡¯s agreement (affirmative) [2] Whether, even in a case where it turns out that a child conceived and delivered by a wife during the marriage is unrelated to the wife¡¯s husband by blood, the child may be presumed to be the child of the husband (affirmative) |
