On March 11, 2025, the Honorable Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon of the Supreme Court of Singapore, joined by three Justices, formally visited the Supreme Court of Korea. This visit is particularly significant as it coincides with the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Singapore. During their time in Korea, Chief Justice Menon shared valuable insights into Singapore's judiciary, which is renowned internationally for its high public confidence. The Singaporean delegation also proposed a framework for mutual cooperation between the judicial systems of Korea and Singapore. Chief Justice Menon’s official visit to Korea is expected to deepen mutual understanding between the two judiciaries.
